Active Young Scholars

Active Young Scholars is a summer outdoor learning program for children aged 3 to 5.   It is designed to help young children practice their math and reading skills (to prevent summer learning loss) and to develop physical literacy skills (to promote the development of healthy active habits for life).

Each program session will be one hour in length and will have three specific focuses to promote healthy childhood development: an academic or learning focus, a physical literacy focus, and a life skill development focus.  For more information about physical literacy check out a recent blog here.
